Anti-aging, lightening and illuminating phytoceutical serum; It has a depigmenting action, giving brightness to the face and protecting the skin from free radicals and therefore from photo-aging. Based on Apple plant stem cells and phytoceutical extracts such as Japanese Mandarin and Licorice which make the serum a formulation with highly performing activities. The depigmenting action is given by the presence of Chilean Boldo and Bearberry gives it a lightening action. Quick to apply and absorb: it does not require massage but simple application.

Functional substances

Japanese Mandarin, Extract of (Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract): also called Kumquat, the extract of this small citrus fruit has lightening and illuminating properties. Extremely rich in mineral salts, vitamins and essential oils, it also has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate): has a powerful antioxidant action, participates in the proper functioning of connective tissues, has hydrating, soothing and protective characteristics against photoaging. Vitamin E also helps reduce water loss through perspiration (TEWL).

Yarrow, Extract of (Achillea Millefolium Extract): plant of European origin, has depigmenting, anti-inflammatory, astringent and antiseborrheic properties.

Apple Stem Cell Extract ( Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract ): this apple of Swiss origin has the ability to stay fresh for longer than others, very rich in vitamins and minerals and has great resistance to oxidative stress. The properties of apple plant stem cells are exceptional, in fact they manage to protect collagen and elastin from degradation and enhance cellular self-repair. Its actions in cosmetics are very important, it is an antioxidant, epidermal renewer and anti-aging, it reactivates the natural biological processes slowed down by stress, oxidation, smog, unhealthy lifestyle, smoking and alcohol.

Bearberry Extract (Arctostaphylos Uva Ursi Extract ): is a small shrub that grows in Europe, Asia and North America. Its name derives from the bears, who are fond of its berries. The extract has a lightening effect on skin hyperpigmentation thanks to the presence of arbutin which inhibits the tyrosinase enzyme responsible for melanogenesis. It is also effective as an astringent and antioxidant.

Licorice, Extract of (Glycirrhiza Glabra Root Extract): plant belonging to the legumes and widely known, this root has strong lightening, depigmenting, refreshing, emollient and soothing properties. In cosmetics it is used to treat the epidermis characterized by blemishes of various kinds to reduce discolouration, and is especially effective to counteract hyperpigmentation caused by senescence.

Phospholipids (PhosPholipids): components of the cell membrane, these molecules have a particular constitution, in fact they manage to maintain together both aqueous and lipid substances that are normally not assimilable. Very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, they regenerate the hydrolipidic barrier with a soothing, hydrating and anti-inflammatory action.

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) , an enzyme capable of blocking the "superoxide" radical activated by UV rays, with a protective action right up to the heart of the cells. It is an enzyme that has a profound antioxidant action to counteract free radicals stimulated by UV rays and is also able to prevent and soothe skin inflammation.

Recommended for: anti-aging treatment and prevention from 25 years of age, for skin with discolouration and hyperpigmentation spots.

The result: The skin is luminous, uniform thanks to the extracts of Yarrow, Bearberry and Japanese Mandarin, hyperpigmentary spots appear lightened thanks to the action of Chilean Boldo. Licorice extract, with its repairing action, strengthens the skin barrier, helping to give the skin a smoother and more homogeneous appearance. The SOD enzyme protects cells from free radicals deriving from exposure to UV rays, and together with the plant stem cell extract and vitamins C and E it carries out an important anti-aging action by giving firmness to the tissues, smoothing out wrinkles and the signs of expression.

How to use: apply to the face preferably in the evening after cleansing and toning with cleansing milk and Staminalis tonic lotion. In case of sun exposure, apply a high protection cream after the serum.
