Functional substances

Betaine (Betaine): extracted from sugar beet is the secret of this plant to stay turgid and hydrated, furthermore, its ability to counteract aging processes makes it an important ally in the repair and protection of the skin.

Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate): has a powerful antioxidant action, participates in the proper functioning of connective tissues, has hydrating, soothing and protective characteristics against photoaging. Vitamin E also helps reduce water loss through perspiration (TEWL).

ProVitamin B5 – Panthenol (Panthenol): with a regenerating and soothing action, this functional substance helps to reconstitute the natural barrier of the epidermis, also protecting it from redness, itching and dehydration.

Apple Stem Cell Extract ( Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract ): this apple of Swiss origin has the ability to stay fresh for longer than others, very rich in vitamins and minerals and has great resistance to oxidative stress. The properties of apple plant stem cells are exceptional, in fact they manage to protect collagen and elastin from degradation and enhance cellular self-repair. Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate): this synthetic compound is used as a cosmetic ingredient for its innumerable qualities, in fact, it is able to photoprotect the skin, activate the collagen protein by compacting the tissue and, last but not least, effectively counteracts skin aging.

Cranberry, Extract of (Vaccinium Macrocarpon): The cranberry grows in the humid and marshy areas of Northern Europe, Northern Asia and North America. It has regenerating, smoothing, soothing, illuminating properties and gives softness and elasticity to the skin.

Calendula (Calendula Officinalis Extract): Calendula is a typical plant of the Mediterranean regions, it has a calming, anti-reddening and protective action on the microcirculation. Ideal for treating chapped, dry, irritated and damaged skin.

Centella Asiatica Glyceric Extract (Centella Asiatica Extract): originally from tropical and sub-tropical areas, Centella Asiatica has a stimulating action on fibroblasts (connective tissue cells responsible for the production of collagen), consequently making the skin more compact, and is also antioxidant, draining and protective of the capillary vessels. It is one of the most important medicinal plants for connective tissue.

NMF - Moisturizing Factor (Urea, Allantoin, Serine, Lactid Acid,...): with a profoundly restorative action for the skin's hydrolipidic film, this compound made up of sugars, amino acids, mineral salts and other natural organic and inorganic compounds, is ideal for skin particularly dry and dehydrated.

Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD) enzyme capable of blocking the "superoxide" radical activated by UV rays, with a protective action right up to the heart of the cells. It is an enzyme that has a profound antioxidant action to counteract free radicals stimulated by UV rays and is also able to prevent and soothe skin inflammation.

The result: the facial skin is deeply hydrated and soothed thanks to the action of Panthenol, Calendula and Aloe extract. The appearance is more uniform, the redness is less evident thanks to the Blueberry extract which protects the capillaries.
