Functional substances

Betaine (Betaine): extracted from sugar beet is the secret of this plant to stay turgid and hydrated, furthermore, its ability to counteract aging processes makes it an important ally in the repair and protection of the skin.

Apple Stem Cells, Extract of ( Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract ): this apple of Swiss origin has the ability to stay fresh for longer than others, very rich in vitamins and minerals and has great resistance to oxidative stress. The properties of apple plant stem cells are exceptional, in fact, they manage to protect collagen and elastin from degradation and enhance cellular self-repair. Its actions in cosmetics are very important, it is an antioxidant, epidermal renewer and anti-aging, it reactivates the natural biological processes slowed down by stress, oxidation, smog, unhealthy lifestyle, smoking and alcohol.

Lipoic Acid (Thiotic Acid) : lipoic acid, also known as thiotic acid, is a very particular vitamin: it is the only vitamin that is soluble in both fats and water. It is precisely these properties that make lipoic acid an excellent anti-aging product: it acts by protecting both the cell membranes and the cytoplasm. It has an excellent protective action against free radicals.

Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid): hyaluronic acid, naturally present in our organism, production begins to decrease with the passage of time and therefore integration into anti-aging cosmetics and hydrating. These various types of hyaluronic acid formulations, expertly mixed in the laboratory, make it much more performing and easier for the skin to assimilate. Their action is to reactivate and stimulate the production of collagen and connective tissue, giving firmness and hydration to the skin and limiting the harmful effects of TEWL (Transepidermic Water Loss).

Phospholipids (PhosPholipides): components of the cell membrane, these molecules have a particular constitution, in fact they manage to maintain together both aqueous and lipid substances that are normally not assimilable. Very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, they regenerate the hydrolipidic barrier with a soothing, hydrating and anti-inflammatory action.

Recommended for: anti-aging treatment and prevention starting from 30/35 years old, ideal for marked and mature skin that needs extra hydration.

The result : immediately after application the skin is deeply nourished and hydrated, while being pleasantly dry to the touch, as the product is highly absorbable. This lightness characteristic makes the serum an excellent base for the application of any other cream from the Staminalis line. The presence of anti-aging and intensely hydrating active ingredients such as plant stem extract and hyaluronic acid smoothes wrinkles and gives firmness to the skin.

How to use: cleanse the face with milk and phytoceutical tonic, press the bottle dispenser three times to have the right amount of serum, apply to the face, neck and décolleté, lightly touching until completely absorbed. Excellent when combined with day/night creams from the Staminalis line, to enhance the results.
